Temple Torat Emet is located at 8600 Jog Road in Boynton Beach. Services begin at 9:00 am and normally end around 12:00 pm.
Electronics and Photography
The uses of cameras, recorders or cell phones are not permitted on Shabbat anywhere on the premises. The taking of photos is not permitted on Shabbat inside or outside of the building. This restriction encompasses the entire facility, inside and out. Please turn off all electronic devices before coming into the building.
The Synagogue is a smokeĀ-free building. Additionally, smoking is not permitted on the Sabbath on any of the Temple grounds.
Dress Code
Men, women and children should dress in such a way as to convey modesty and respect. All menĀ must cover their heads from the time they enter the Temple until they leave the building. It is customary for Jewish men to put on a Tallit (prayer shawl) before entering the Sanctuary. A head covering is optional for Jewish women. However, a head covering is required for all women who ascend the Bimah. Please refrain from wearing jeans, shorts, sneakers, sleeveless tops, and exposed midriffs.
